Taskrr.io – Terms & Conditions

🔒 1. NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (MANDATORY – READ FIRST)

By accessing or signing up for Taskrr.io, you agree to a strict, non-negotiable, and legally binding Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

This NDA:

• Becomes effective immediately
• Remains in effect for a minimum of five (5) years after your use ends, for any reason

You may not disclose, share, or publish:

• Any tasks you are offered or complete
• Any details about internal operations, dashboards, or features
• Any payout method, strategy, or business process
• Any mention of Taskrr.io, its staff, clients, or partners on any platform, public or private

Breach Penalty:

• Minimum fine of $10,000 USD
• Higher damages possible
• Taskrr.io may pursue global legal enforcement

✅ 2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You accept all current and future terms
• Continued use equals full acceptance of changes

👷 3. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS

• You are not an employee of Taskrr.io
• You are fully responsible for taxes, licenses, and legal compliance
• Taskrr.io does not provide employment benefits or documents

🧠 4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OWNERSHIP

• All submitted content becomes property of Taskrr.io
• This includes text, images, videos, usernames, and communication
• You waive all rights to reuse, credit, or payment

🧾 5. TASKS, SUBMISSIONS & PAYOUTS

5.1 Task Availability

• Tasks may be open or manually assigned
• No user is guaranteed access to any task

5.2 Task Proof

• Proof types include links, screenshots, and “mark as complete”
• Proof requirements may change at any time

5.3 Task Review

• Task approval is at Taskrr.io’s sole discretion
• Rejected tasks are final and cannot be appealed

5.4 Wallet and Payouts

• Wallet balances do not guarantee payout
• Payout threshold is $20 minimum
• Payouts via GCash, ETH-20 USDT, PayPal, or future methods
• Taskrr.io may delay, modify, or deny payouts for any reason
• We may deduct or add funds at our discretion
• We are not liable for errors or overpayments

🚨 6. STRIKES, BANS & ACCOUNT TERMINATION

• Accounts may be suspended or banned without warning
• Strikes can be issued at any time
• Wallets may be forfeited upon termination

📂 7. DATA RETENTION

• We may keep your data up to 5+ years
• You cannot request deletion of past data

📣 8. PUBLICITY & TESTIMONIALS

• We may use your content, name, and data in promotions
• You waive all rights to approval, control, or compensation

🔗 9. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM LIABILITY

• We are not responsible for bans or legal action from third parties
• This includes Facebook, Reddit, Twitter, YouTube, and others
• You are solely responsible for any risks you take

• No guarantee of earnings or availability
• Features may change at any time
• Use the platform at your own risk

⚖️ 11. LEGAL JURISDICTION & PERMANENT WAIVER OF ALL CLAIMS

You waive all rights to bring claims of any kind against Taskrr.io.

This includes (but is not limited to):

• Rejected tasks
• Denied payouts
• Account suspensions
• Data or privacy concerns
• Platform bugs or financial loss
• Loss of social media or third-party accounts
• Legal action from third parties due to task actions

Any legal action must be filed under the laws of Nevis and will be subject to immediate dismissal. You agree to cover all legal costs Taskrr.io incurs in defending such claims.

These Terms may be changed at any time. Your continued use confirms full acceptance of all changes.
